Settings for Workspace Server.

 In the client for which you want to configure POP/IMAP, locate the current settings and enter the following:

WORKSPACE  POP IMAP
Username: Your full email address Your full email address
Password: Your email account password Your email account password
Incoming Mail Server: pop.secureserver.net imap.secureserver.net
Outgoing Mail Server: smtpout.secureserver.net smtpout.secureserver.net
Incoming Port: 110 Without SSL - 143
With SSL - 993
Outgoing Port: One of the following 25, 80, 3535, 587 Without SSL - one of the following: 25, 80, 3535, 587
With SSL - 465

More Settings -> Outgoing Server tab -> Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and Use same settings as my incoming server.
Optional: If you're setting up a POP3 account, under Delivery, select Leave a Copy of Messages on the Server.

Settings for 1and1 server.

In the client for which you want to configure POP or IMAP, locate the current settings and enter the following:

1AND1  POP IMAP
Username: Your full email address Your full email address
Password: Your email account password Your email account password
Incoming Mail Server: pop.1and1.com imap.1and1.com
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.1and1.com smtp.1and1.com
Incoming Port: 110 993 - Select SSL
Outgoing Port: 587 587 - Select TLS

More Settings -> Outgoing Server tab -> Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and Use same settings as my incoming server.
Optional: If you're setting up a POP3 account, under Delivery, select Leave a Copy of Messages on the Server.
